FAQ Display

Lists of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and their categories can be displayed in three different ways:

  1. Jump links. Clicking on the question takes the visitor to the answer further down the page. This is the default, and it works well for any number of FAQs on a page.
  2. Questions inline. The answer is displayed inline under each question. This display works best for small numbers of FAQs on a page.
  3. Collapsible. Clicking on a question expands or collapses the answer. This display works best for large numbers of FAQs on a page. It uses the same styles as collapsible content added in the WYSIWYG editor.

It is recommended that FAQ categories and FAQ items be created first. After you've done that, configure the FAQ display as per the instructions below.

Configuration

To choose your FAQ display type, visit the Open Berkeley tab on your dashboard (admin/dashboard) and choose FAQ settings. Then choose from the available options:
