Featured Items

How do I show "recently-updated" (filtered) content on my site?

There are a few widgets that allow you to show a list of filtered content on your site - for example, a list of recently-updated content. This can be a combination of any/all content types available on the Open Berkeley platform.

Using Siteimprove on an Open Berkeley site

We now have a systemwide contract with Siteimprove, an automated tool for website accessibility, quality assurance, and search engine optimization (SEO). Any site owner can sign up for Siteimprove and begin accessing detailed reports that can help improve all these aspects of their site. Visit the IT Service Catalog for information about enrollment and training.

Can I use my own logo or icon?

Open Berkeley sites support the campus Berkeley Brand standards. The Berkeley wordmark, site name font, and Cal favicon (the icon displayed in the browser's tab bar) are part of the Berkeley Brand.

I need to add new Editors/Site Builders to my Open Berkeley site. Can you add these users for me?

Anyone with the Site Builder role can add new users and modify roles on their Open Berkeley site. New users will need to log in to the site first before a role can be added. Please see Add New Users and Modify Roles.
