Training & Office Hours

All Training and Office Hours sessions are held remotely via Zoom.

Open Berkeley Training sessions: To register, you will need to have already set up your Berkeley Zoom license and use your Berkeley email address. Once you have registered for the individual session, you will receive the Zoom details.

Office Hours sessions: We will include the Zoom details when we send the session reminders to our customer mailing list. If you are not on our customer mailing list, please email web-platform@berkeley.edu the day before the Office Hours session to receive the Zoom details.

Open Berkeley Training

Open Berkeley training sessions are held once a month, remotely over Zoom.

Attend a training if you're about to start work on an Open Berkeley site or if you need a refresher on how to use the platform.

Office Hours

For Open Berkeley Office Hours, members of the Web Platform Services team will be available to help out with your site.

If you have already attended training and you are building your site, feel free to bring any/all questions about your site to an Office Hours session!

Registration is not required for Office Hours sessions. Please email web-platform@berkeley.edu to sign up for Office Hours sessions, and to receive the Zoom links.
