The 0.14.2, 0.14.1, and 0.14.0 releases of Open Berkeley contain updated features, bug fixes, security updates, and minor code updates.
Updated features
Widgets tab on Dashboard
The site builder dashboard now includes a Widgets tab. Using this tab, you can see a list of all the widgets currently in use on regular pages, and follow links to where they are used. See Site Builder Admin Menu and Dashboard for more information.
List style WYSIWYG button
You can now change the bullet style of unordered and ordered lists. Available styles for unordered lists are Disc, Circle, and Square. Available styles for ordered lists are Decimal, Upper alpha, Lower alpha, Upper roman, and Lower roman. See Add Lists for more information. This feature enhancement was sponsored by the Academic Senate.
File download link helper
The Linkit button in the WYSIWYG toolbar now includes a setting to force the browser to download the file, instead of relying on the visitor's browser settings for that file type. This will help prevent errors that can occur when a file, such as an interactive PDF, can’t be displayed correctly in an in-browser file viewer. See Attachment Links for more information.
