Web Platform Services will be participating in an extended curtailment program along with other Berkeley Information Technology and central administrative units.
Curtailment dates
Because of the curtailment program, there will be no Open Berkeley or Pantheon billing support available from Monday, December 25 through Friday, January 5. No processing of plan/billing changes will occur during the curtailment period.
If you have any questions about or requests for your Open Berkeley website, please email us before Friday, December 22.
Curtailment deadlines
If you need a new starter site or a site launch (“go live”) before mid-January, please be aware of the following dates:
- Wednesday, December 6: Last day to ask for a December go-live
- Wednesday, December 13: Last day to ask for a new starter site
- Wednesday, December 20: Last day when we will spin up a new starter site or launch a site when requested by the above dates
There should be no interruptions to hosting, backups, or other automated functions. Regular support will resume on Monday, January 8, 2024.
