Web Platform Services will be participating in a winter curtailment and holiday closure program along with other Berkeley Information Technology and central administrative units.
Winter Curtailment and Holiday Closure dates
Because of the winter curtailment and holiday closure program, there will be no Open Berkeley or Pantheon billing support available from Monday, December 22 through Friday, January 2. No processing of plan/billing changes will occur during the winter curtailment and holiday closure period.
If you have any questions about or requests for your Open Berkeley website, please email us before Friday, December 19.
Winter Curtailment and Holiday Closure deadlines
If you need a new starter site or a site launch (“go-live”) before mid-January, please be aware of the following dates:
- Friday, December 5: Last day to ask for a December go-live
- Wednesday, December 10: Last day to ask for a new starter site
- Wednesday, December 17: Last day when we will spin up a new starter site or launch a site when requested by the above dates
There should be no interruptions to hosting, backups, or other automated functions. Regular support will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.
